Tentacle Terror

Tentacle Terrors are visibly different based on mood.  Mood affects their tentacle stalk texturing.  Each Tentacle Terror also has a tentacle pattern rating, with a different setting for each of the six tentacles ranging from 0 (folded up) to 4 (wide open).  This is random, and unaffected by mating.  It is simply for visual diversity -- a Tentacle Terror rated 000000 will have all of its arms folded up, while a 444444 will have all of its tentacle open.

Terrors are also...scary!  They have a bonus similar to an Assassin-classed pet and motivate the pets around them to work harder and perhaps move a little faster past the terror's stalks in the process.  This bonus is applied based on the Terror's size and tier, similar to a bonsai.

Terror ranges from Creepy (+0.0%) to Terrifying (+2.0%), similar to a Radish's heat.

The radiance of the terrors has been rebalanced and the steady increase has been leveled out to support the two new plant radiances.
