Drop Data Server

The Drops (and other pets that get updated to v19+) will be using a Data Server to stream assets directly to pets, without the pets needing to record all of the textures and particle UUIDs.  This dramatically reduced the overall script load and will allow the v19+ pets to function with only 3-4 active scripts (not including any extra combat scripts).

This Data Server is an object that must be rezzed in your garden in order for your v19+ pets to load their appearances and in order for them to reproduce.  The Data Server also contains vital mutation information that is given to your pets while mating to dynamically introduce new mutations to your pets without having to update them every season.  As new mutations are created, you only need to drop a new Data Server into your garden for your v19+ pets to learn the new mutations and how to display them.

To repeat, a Data Server specific for the v19 pet type that you have is 100% necessary in order for the pets to reproduce and function properly.  Failing to rez the Data Server will result in self-imploding eggs/cocoons/etc that cannot receive the information that they need in order to finalize reproducing.

The Drops Data Server provides its functions and bonuses Sim-Wide.

Only one Data Server for the Drops is necessary at a time.  Additional Data Servers will be locked and require a re-rez to unlock.  Having more than one Drops Data Server will just result in additional lag.

What this means in the long run is that you don't need to update your v19+ pets unless there is a critical functional update that changes the way that the pet operates.  All new mutations and particles and such will stream directly from the Data Sever to your pets.
