{Papillon} Fishie and Fairy Emblem Update!

I finally had time to make an emblem updater for the fairies and fishies!  It is available down in the store in the box of most recent pet updaters. There are no additions made to the emblem updates, just a reduction in prim count and script usage.  As with any update, you may not want to update a bazillion of them until people have had a chance to test the boxes a bit.  Enjoy! =)
