The mesh used for the Shrub blooms in land-impact VERY early on.  As a result, the curve of the size categories isn't as impressive as it is on most other plants.  The larger sizes -- Gargantuan, along with Monster, Behemoth, and Titan gain an extra point or two of land-impact, bringing it up to 6-8 land-impact for the largest sizes with size-affecting body traits.
